Grinding
Our team utilizes seven different grinding machines in-shop to gain the desired result on a manufactured part. Each of these Grinding machines can provide a different type of grind with inner and outer dimensional grinding, angled and straight head grinding and surface, cylindrical or rotary grinding.

The approximate 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility General Manufacturing machinery floor houses 15 Vertical Machining Centers that are capable of machining parts up to 40″ X 80″.

Turning
The high-precision turning centers. JBW’s CNC Lathes include a multi-spindle, multiturrent models able to machine two parts for example, our CNC turning machines offer the ability to machine unique geometry parts with multiple turret capabilities, twin spindles as well as multiple axis machines.
